Total failure of the United Nations, the United States of America, and the international community in Haiti.

Self-determination of the Haitian people. No to interference by the international community in Haiti. No to interference by the United States of America in Haiti.
Today, how do you expect the Caribbean community, led by corrupt individuals, to establish themselves as masters and lords, once again handing over a council of four to three presidents to govern Haiti? Who mandated CARICOM to establish a council of four presidents in Haiti?
The United Nations, the Organization of American States (OAS), the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the United States of America, Canada, France, and the Core Group have the primary mission of destabilizing the Republic of Haiti.
How could you expect the new American Chargé d'Affaires to have just arrived in Haiti with a roadmap to continue destabilizing Haiti?
The international community has failed in Haiti; the United Nations and the OAS are poorly placed at the moment to give lessons on democracy.
The international community poses a real problem for Haiti's development. The Haitian people must be allowed to choose their own leaders; we don't need dictation.
Haiti has been caught up in an international conspiracy. The entire West Department has already been sold to the international community. But instead of committing genocide in the capital, Port-au-Prince, why didn't we negotiate with the population to relocate them? Instead of arming all the young boys and girls to form armed gangs to massacre the population. Even small children are not spared; pregnant women and two-year-olds are burned inside their homes.
From March 29th to April 2025, armed gangs are preparing a genocide, a massacre of the Haitian population living in Port-au-Prince. Even those who have taken refuge in camps will not be spared.
The ambassador spoke with the armed gang leaders every day, according to an interview given on Radio Tele Metropole with journalist Wendel Theodore. All the materials and equipment sent to Haiti to fight the armed gangs were confiscated by U.S. Ambassador Denis H.
It is the arrival of President Donald Trump that will save Haiti. It is as if God's intervention sent President Donald Trump as President of the United States of America to save the Haitian people, even if he will deport Haitians living in the United States of America. Donald Trump is a deliverance for Haiti.
According to reports, the capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince, has been sold since January 12, 2010, following the earthquake caused by the U.S. government, under President Barack Obama, when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. The entire capital of Haiti was sold to the United States of America, Canada, France, England, etc.
Under the presidency of President René Préval, notary Jean Henry Ceant began compensating homeowners living in the city of Port-au-Prince, extending as far as the Petit-Goave to Miragoane region, including the far south, from Artibonite to the Far North. Haiti was caught up in an international conspiracy to exterminate the Haitian people.
The members of the multinational mission sent to Haiti were not police officers or military personnel; they were all farmers and ranchers, manual laborers who came to work in Haiti on behalf of the United Nations and the United States of America as police officers and military personnel. This was a complete confusion.
How do armed criminal groups manage to control more than 90% of Port-au-Prince and the surrounding towns? Do they have more personnel, more weapons, more ammunition, more armored vehicles, and more resources than the Haitian National Police, the Haitian Armed Forces, and the multinational mission in Haiti combined? Total confusion.
The council of nine presidents who run Haiti, these nine presidents have direct connections with the leaders of the armed gangs. At each meeting of the council of nine presidents, all the armed gang leaders were informed of everything that was said and discussed at the meeting.
It's the same thing with the premature departure of vehicles carrying weapons and ammunition to bring them to the armed gangs' bases. The situation in Haiti is appalling; half of the Haitian National Police has direct connections with the armed gangs; some police officers work specifically on behalf of the armed gangs.
The Haitian National Police has never managed to liberate even one of the territories controlled by armed gangs. The situation is truly dismal.
Is the United Nations really a mafia organization?
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights said Friday that 4,239 people were killed and 1,356 injured in Haiti between July and February in crimes committed with weapons illegally imported from abroad, despite the arms embargo imposed by the UN Security Council.
Ninety-two percent of the victims were targeted by the increasingly sophisticated firearms circulating in Haiti, which are estimated to number between 270,000 and 500,000, High Commissioner Volker Türk said during the presentation of his organization's latest report on the country to the Human Rights Council.
"The gangs have extended their control over previously uninhabited areas of Port-au-Prince and its surrounding areas, seizing territory and infrastructure," he said.
The Kenyan contingents that have arrived are not actually police officers trained at a police academy. In the assassination of Benedict Kaburu, his wife said her husband was not a police officer; her husband was a farmer who worked the land. She wanted her husband's body for burial, but in Haiti, this Kenyan police officer was given the rank of police officer.
Since 1994 to the present day, the United Nations and the United States of America, led by the Democratic Party, have been using Haiti as a conduit for money laundering on behalf of the Haitian people. Between 2006 and 2017, when UN troops left Haiti, three-quarters of the members of the UN missions sent to Haiti were not military personnel or police officers; they were all farmers and ranchers coming from Haiti to work on behalf of the United Nations.
All 10 departments of Haiti are under threat from armed gangs, according to the plan and international conspiracy being hatched by the United States of America.
The United States of America poses a real danger to Haiti's development.
The US Ambassador accredited to Haiti took the keys to all the materials and equipment sent to Haiti. This is the complicity of the United States of America in the massacre of the entire Haitian population over natural resources such as oil, uridium, rare earths, and other natural resources that Haiti possesses.
The United States of America, led by William Jefferson Clinton and Hillary Clinton, and the American Democratic Party, wants to destroy Haiti in its entirety. Former presidents, former senators and congressmen, traditional political leaders, including former prime ministers, are involved in the creation of armed gangs in Haiti.
On the night of July 6-7, 2021, a contingent called DEA or FBI agents was going to conduct operations at the home of the late Jovenel Moïse to assassinate him, pretending that they were DEA and FBI agents. What a mystery.
Since the assassination of President Jovenel Moise, Port-au-Prince has been ungovernable. With the arrival of Ariel Henry as Prime Minister, it's like having a gang leader as Prime Minister. The arrival of Gary Conille is the same story; the Prime Minister stated that 50% of the Haitian National Police had connections with armed gangs.
As we speak, the question of Dimitri Herard and Guy Philippe as leaders of the revolution is resurfacing; the population is waiting for a liberator to free Haiti from the oppression of armed gangs.
The report presented by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights notes that the use of sexual violence has increased alarmingly, with cases of gang rape and sexual exploitation used by gangs as tools of coercion over communities and to reinforce their domination.
He also explains that gangs have established their own form of government in areas under their control, challenging state authority and despite the efforts of the national police.
During the reporting period, more than 2,000 people were killed or injured in police operations targeting gangs, a 60% increase over the previous six months, with 30% of the victims being hit by stray bullets.
The UN also documented 219 extrajudicial executions committed by specialized police units, a significant increase from the 33 cases recorded in 2023.
