Monday, leaders of Christian Action for the Abolition of Torture in Haiti (ACAT-Haiti) were alarmed by the humanitarian situation: "Health structures can no longer be properly supplied, putting the lives of many children, women and men at risk with the spread of the COVID pandemic19. ”
